This tool uses spline data to drive the meshes shape and generation. When selecting a point in the spline, hold ALT and then left click any axis on the engines transform gizmo to add a new point to the mesh. To adjust the height of the floor model, click the HEIGHT handle, not the HANDLE handle. View the gif below for reference.
